We are so excited that a temple will be built so close to our home! They have started burying the power lines at the temple site. It is exciting to see things going on there now. The temple will be about 1 mile from our house, and somewhere that I pass frequently. We will enjoy watching it being built, and we look forward to going to the groundbreaking, whenever that is.
Our stake president has asked every family to go to the site where the temple is going to be built and take a picture of our family. Then after the temple is built we are to take our families back and take another picture. It wasn’t easy to get everyone ready to go take pics, but it will be cool to have this picture. It was so dang hot --but Thanks to Brad and the gang, who were all good sports, too!

LOVE the picture. Who took it? I have been saying we need to do this for a few weeks, but it is so hot.
That picture is fantastic!!! Just think how meaningful it will be someday when those little girls are getting married in that very spot! Eeeek! *sniff sniff*
I am so excited for the temple to be built so close too! We still need to take our family picture before too much more developing gets going.
