Ally has been doing karate the past few months and she's really lovin' it!She recently had her testing to see if she will be moving up a level, and getting a new belt. She did great and she went from white to green, which means, she skipped yellow.
Karate has been a great sport for Ally.
It teaches discipline, respect, balance, self defense and more.
Here she is getting her certificate. The picture quality is bad, I think it was from my cell.

this is just perfect for her, and way to go Ally who skipped a whole level.
How fun for her! My kids can learn a little discipline and respect, maybe they should do a little Karate!
